Where do you source your products?

All art is created by me, printed and fulfilled through Printful. I do not use AI to make my art.

How did you determine your prices?

Printful charges me a certain price for each item, which you can see in their catalog. They also charge sales tax, and Stripe charges a payment processing fee for each order. I set my product prices to make a small profit after these expenses.

How do shipping and returns work?

Where do you ship?

I currently ship to the US only.

How do you calculate the shipping cost?

All shipping is a $5 flat rate no matter how many items you order. Printful charges me shipping based on the number of items per order, but there is no way for me to reflect that on my storefront. A flat rate simplifies the checkout process and means you save on shipping for larger orders. You can see how Printful calculates shipping costs here.

How are payments processed?

All payments go through Stripe, a secure payment processor.

Do you plan to sell other stuff?

I only plan to sell stickers at the moment. I wasn't really satisfied with the quality of other print-on-demand products. If I ever switch to self-fulfillment, I will consider adding prints of my larger illustrations. Until then, if you see something on my socials that you would like made into a sticker, let me know!
